Calpex Plastics, Inc. – Toy and Sport Industry
Since 1983 Calpex Plastics, Inc. has been supplying the toy and sport industry. We manufactured 720,000 hockey stick shafts on a tight time line as a promotional item for the Winter Olympics.
Since 1986 Calpex Plastics, Inc. has been supplying urethane cord to surf leash manufactures across the United States. With all of the creative designs on surf boards and surf clothing we saw the need for a unique surf leash cord. In 1999 we developed and designed the two color surf leash that has been a popular choice for the surf industry. The two color surf leash in manufactured using the co-extrusion process and was designed and engineered with the best control and function in a urethane surf leash cord.
